Ok, this may not look so appealing to you (I do have my fails in the kitchen from time to time) but trust me, this is a heavenly breakfast or dessert (what the heck, it can be served as lunch as well). It is very easy, doesn't take much time at all and most importantly: healthy. For one portion all you need is
1 banana 1 egg 1 teaspoon coconut oil Fruit (optional)
Break the egg and mash the banana and the egg in a small bowl. Heat some oil in a pan and place some of the batter, creating small pancakes. Bake until brown and flip. Repeat until the batter is gone, place the pancakes on a plate and serve it with fruit. If you aren't a big fan of fruit you can also serve the pancakes with some honey and walnuts.
In winter I love to wear dark colors even more than I normally do. But I think dark outfits are most beautiful when you wear warm colors. I’m wearing these black items with these cool, dark red shorts. I love the soft material and how they look in combination with the black. The coat is one of my key items for the upcoming cold days. It’s so warm, but still very stylish because of the fake fur collar.
