…so one thing seems to be quite clear : the favourites of this season are clearly shoes made out of wood as the clog-trend shows. But it’s not only clogs that are walking around in Paris but wood platform sandals as well ! I’ve got to admit that in the beginning it was not that easy to walk on them for they are not elastic at all – but since I figured out how to deal with them I hardly want to wear anything else than those pair of shoes ! read more…
One of the places I like most in Paris is definitely the ‘quartier Oberkampf’ in the east of the city. There are a lot of stylish little bars, clubs and theatres and at no other place you will find that much creative young people like you do there. Wherever you cross the boulevards and avenues, you see a lot of flowers on jumpsuits, shirts, bags and even on trousers – I really like this trend because it’s a big contrast to the clean Paris-chic of autumn and winter when you saw rarely anything else than black and grey ! read more…
